Answer
All fuchsias can
be grown out doors between end of May and end of September. Outside of this
period plants may be damaged by frost.
Some varieties called Hardy Varieties can be planted outside between end of
May and end of July, and then left in the ground to grow again next spring.
If planted after end of July or certainly after middle of August the plant
may not get establish in the ground before the cold weather arrives.
